Gen. Milley should be removed if secret calls to China are confirmed

Fox News reports, "Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said Wednesday that General Mark Milley needs to be interviewed and face consequences if it is confirmed that he spoke with Chinese officials out of concern then-President Donald Trump would cause conflict with the communist nation.

'It should be investigated immediately, today, he should be questioned under oath, if not with a polygraph test, on whether it happened,' Paul said. 'If it happened, he should be immediately relieved of his duties and court-martialed. You have to find out if it’s true. This is innuendo and rumor and propaganda perhaps. But, if it is true he absolutely immediately needs to be removed."

U.S. foreign policy: Drone now, ask questions later

Sen. Rand Paul had a question for Secretary of State Antony Blinken:

Business Insider reports, "The US targeted an aid worker with a drone strike in Kabul, mistakenly believe he was an ISIS-K militant preparing for a terror attack, according to a New York Times report. In the process, the August 29 strike killed 10 Afghan civilians, including seven children.

The aid worker, Zemari Ahmadi, was also killed by the 20-pound Hellfire missile fired at his car, per the report.

The US military framed the threat posed by the car as imminent, and defended the drone attack as a 'righteous strike.' Officials said the military believed the car was being packed with explosives for an attack.

But footage obtained by The New York Times suggests Ahmadi was actually loading the car with water containers for his home."

Let's have a serious discussion about COVID-19 and treatments

"We are told to 'follow the science,' but there have been innumerable cases where the first proclamation was wrong, and so the science moved as science does. As a lifelong student of science and medicine, I can tell you this – as soon as some uninformed soul tells you, 'The science is settled,' you can be sure you are not talking to a real scientist. The science is NEVER settled. That’s the whole point of science.

From masks to ventilators, from droplets to aerosols, from no steroids to steroids, the science of treating and living with and through COVID has evolved.

Recently, I discussed two therapeutics and their potential use for COVID. The first, monoclonal antibodies, has clearly proved itself to be useful in this battle. Studies have shown, and accumulated real-life cases back up, that this is a wonderful drug helping those in the early to mid-stages of COVID, to assist our own immune system in fighting back.

We can and should promote this treatment, as it has likely saved many, many lives…

I can assure you no one in the media reported what I said accurately, nor will anyone in the media tell you what I just told you above. They are simply fools who assist in public health propaganda and fear-mongering.

I will always tell you the truth, as I know it, from my years studying medicine, my sources in the medical and research world, and my years of watching the absolute buffoonery of government-fed media storms.

Kabul drone-strike report ‘devastating’ for the Biden administration if true

Fox News reports, "U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., shared his reaction on Friday night’s edition of 'The Ingraham Angle' to a New York Times report earlier in the day that a recent U.S. military drone strike in Afghanistan resulted in deaths of innocent civilians, including children – contradicting an earlier account from the Biden administration.

'If it’s true, it’s another sad instance of just the most incompetent withdrawal we’ve ever seen in our history,' Paul said.

'But, yeah, we’ll await the facts as they come forward. … In the end, if we made a mistake in it, that’ll be one more disastrous fact after another.'

'I hope it’s not true. If it is true, that’s devastating," Paul said.

Fauci 'definitely lied to us and he should be held responsible'

I took Anthony Fauci to task on Sean Hannity's program on Tuesday night for lying about the National Institute of Health's funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

"It’s a felony punishable by five years in jail. We’ve referred it to the Department of Justice. I don’t think Biden’s Department of Justice will do anything with it but yes, it is very dangerous to have public officials who we need to have trust in coming and lying to us, but he has lied dozens of times."

"Usually, he tells us that it’s for our own good but yes, he has dissembled, he has obfuscated—there’s other nicer words—but he has definitely lied to the American public and he should be held responsible but not just that. The judgment that we should continue to fund this lab and—that the virus in all likelihood came from the lab."

"I think it’s such incredibly poor judgment that he should be immediately removed."

Surprise, surprise: Fauci lied again. I was right about his agency funding novel Coronavirus research at Wuhan

The Intercept reports, "Newly released documents provide details of U.S.-funded research on several types of coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. The Intercept has obtained more than 900 pages of documents detailing the work of EcoHealth Alliance, a U.S.-based health organization that used federal money to fund bat coronavirus research at the Chinese laboratory…

One of the grants, titled 'Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,' outlines an ambitious effort led by EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak to screen thousands of bat samples for novel coronaviruses. The research also involved screening people who work with live animals. The documents contain several critical details about the research in Wuhan, including the fact that key experimental work with humanized mice was conducted at a biosafety level 3 lab at Wuhan University Center for Animal Experiment — and not at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, as was previously assumed. The documents raise additional questions about the theory that the pandemic may have begun in a lab accident, an idea that Daszak has aggressively dismissed.

The bat coronavirus grant provided EcoHealth Alliance with a total of $3.1 million, including $599,000 that the Wuhan Institute of Virology used in part to identify and alter bat coronaviruses likely to infect humans. Even before the pandemic, many scientists were concerned about the potential dangers associated with such experiments…

The grant was initially awarded for a five-year period — from 2014 to 2019. Funding was renewed in 2019 but suspended by the Trump administration in April 2020."

Mother of fallen Marine has her Instagram temporarily removed

The New York Post reports, "The mother of a Marine killed in the suicide bombing in Kabul, Afghanistan, last week had her account removed from Instagram and 'incorrectly deleted' from Facebook following her fierce criticism of President Biden in the wake of her son’s death.

Shana Chappell, the mother of Kareem Nikoui, 20, took to Facebook on Monday to slam Instagram for removing her account after she started posting about what happened to her son and her belief that Biden is to blame.

Chappell claimed the social media platform started to flag several of her 'posts from months ago,' and began to send her warnings that she could have her account disabled.

'It seems Instagram took it upon themselves to delete my account because i am assuming it was because i gained so many followers over my sons death due to Biden’s negligence, ignorance and him being a traitor,' she wrote on Facebook. 'I’m gonna assume that Facebook is gonna delete me next! Funny how these leftist one sided pieces of crap don’t want the truth to come out!

Keep in mind i only posted about my heart break over my son."

Facebook now claims it made a mistake in taking down Chapell's account.

It might have been a mistake. It might have been intentional and the Big Tech company felt pressure to restore the account and call it a mistake.

We don't know for sure. We do know that basic free speech is more in peril today than at any time in recent memory.

Harvard epidemiologist demolishes the case for COVID passports

FEE's Jon Miltimore writes, "A newly published medical study found that infection from COVID-19 confers considerably longer-lasting and stronger protection against the Delta variant of the virus than vaccines.

“The natural immune protection that develops after a SARS-CoV-2 infection offers considerably more of a shield against the Delta variant of the pandemic coronavirus than two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, according to a large Israeli study that some scientists wish came with a ‘Don’t try this at home’ label,” the Scientific American reported Thursday. “The newly released data show people who once had a SARS-CoV-2 infection were much less likely than vaccinated people to get Delta, develop symptoms from it, or become hospitalized with serious COVID-19.”

Put another way, vaccinated individuals were 27 times more likely to get a symptomatic COVID infection than those with natural immunity from COVID."
