Rep. Chip Roy breaks down the 'leftist garbage' in so-called 'infrastructure' bill

Republican Congressman Chip Roy went on a Twitter tear on Tuesday, after 19 Republicans joined Democrats in passing a $1.2 trillion "infrastructure" bill through the U.S. Senate.

Roy starts with some of the biggest leftist garbage: the Green New Deal.

First, the bill isn’t focused on hard infrastructure and instead provides billions to Green New Deal programs.

Paying for welfare and individual internet bills is infrastructure according to Washington, DC.

Even when it funds "hard" infrastructure, it also wastes your money on programs that have no business being in an “infrastructure” bill.

No infrastructure bill could be complete without funding some Critical Race Theory.

Third, contrary to some R's claims, it is chock-full of woke language and Critical Race Theory.

This bill even threatens Americans' civil liberties by featuring the intention to track our vehicles.

This program also obviously poses a nightmare for civil liberties.
