Biden's 'worst jobs report of his lackluster presidency’

The Daily Caller News Foundation reports, “President Biden will continue to tout this ‘economic recovery’ while simultaneously seeing sluggish labor force participation with 199,000 jobs added last month,’ Republican Florida Rep. Kat Cammack told the DCNF.

While wages increased between 4.6% to 4.7% over the last year, the jump is not enough to keep up with the surging inflation the country is experiencing, Moore said.”

Swalwell accused Republicans of prolonging the pandemic and forcing people to cancel their vacations and forcing students to go back to virtual learning, yet, he was spotted going maskless in Florida.

‘It really has become a situation where the Democratic Party, the liberal left, they have become the party of do as I say, not as I do,’ Cammack told Fox Business’ ‘Mornings with Maria Bartiromo.’

‘And you would think that this would be something that of all people, Eric Swalwell could wrap his head around, because you know this whole leading by example thing seems to be a foreign concept for the vast majority of Democrats today, but as we know, Representative Swalwell seems to like foreign things like Chinese spies, and unfortunately we find another Democrat in the Sunshine State, a state in which he has criticized,’ she said.

‘He’s criticized the leadership of Governor Ron DeSantis and again we find him telling everyone that their vacations are going to be canceled because of the leadership of Republicans. You’ve got Secretary [Alejandro] Mayorkas, who I have personally questioned three times in congressional hearings, who has said that he thinks they’re doing a marvelous job, that the border is secure. Of course, the data that you just showed points to the fact that, no, the border is not secure. And you cannot have a secure nation unless you have secure borders. And if you don’t have secure borders, you’re not a safe, sovereign nation.”

Blue states' top-down handling of the pandemic paled in comparison to Florida's common-sense approach

“We have taken a drastically different approach here in Florida to managing COVID under the leadership of Governor DeSantis,” Cammack emphasized. ‘Yes, we are seeing very, very low rates of hospitalization and death rates. For example, we have a comparable population to that of New York, and some are sturdy, but we have drastically different policies as to how we handle it. So in New York, for example, just this week, they have had 4,600 hospitalizations … on daily, and they’re averaging 60 to 70 deaths on a daily basis.

Compare that to Florida, where we are under 30 daily deaths, and our hospitalizations are sitting about 1,400. So, even though they are seeing the surges, it’s the approach is different among the comparable population…

“We have put a common-sense approach, thoughtful, pragmatic approach first by making sure that our first responders, that our hospitals, that our health departments and our private partners have all the resources available,' she added. 'Contrast that to a heavy-handed top-down approach we have seen from big government states like New York, and they are seeing higher rates of transmission, higher hospitalizations.”
